Biography of Simone Biles
Simone Biles, an American artistic gymnast, is best known for winning the individual gold medal at Rio de Janeiro's 2016 Olympic Games. She excels in all-round, vault, and floor gymnastics. Simone Biles is a former world champion in each of these three disciplines for many years. Biles is the most famous American gymnast, having won 19 Olympic and World Championship medals. She holds the record for most gold medals won at an Olympic Games by an American woman. She is the sixth woman to win both the Olympics medal, and the World Championship medal for all-round individual titles. Her appearance on "Dancing with the Stars" is her most well-known moment. She currently lives in Spring, Texas, USA. Simone was born to Shanon and Simone Biles in Columbus, Ohio on 14 March 1997. Kelvin Clemons was Simone's father. He was not a part her life, as he suffered from addictions and left his family. Shanon, Simone's mother was also a victim to drug and alcohol addiction. She was not involved in the raising her children.
