Annie Wersching Bio
Annie Wersching was born March 28, 1977. She is an American actress. Her role includes Renee Walker on the American television series 24. Motion capture and voice work was also done for Tess in Naughty Dog’s videogame The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a graduate of Crossroads College Preparatory School, St. Louis' Central West End in the year 1995. As a child, she was a competitive Irish dancer and a member the St. Louis Celtic stepdancers. She has an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts degree in musical theatre from Millikin University, graduating in 1999. Wersching's acting career started with an appearance as a guest on Star Trek: Enterprise. Then, Wersching was invited to appear on guest shows such as Charmed and Killer Instinct. She played Amelia Joffe, a recurring character in ABC Daytime's soap opera General Hospital from March 2007 until November 2007. Additionally, she been a part of theaters such as Victory Gardens and Marriott Lincolnshire. She was also a regular in the series of the Amazon Prime crime-show Bosch in 2014. Wersching was a catcher for the National League in the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game.In December 2012, it was announced that in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us Wersching was the voice and mo-cap actor of the character Tess. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character via Twitter before her appearance was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards trailer that was shown on the 7th of December the 7th of December, 2012. Wersching was cast as the Borg queen in Star Trek: Picard's second season , which begins in September 2021.
