Mila Kunis
American
actress born August 14 1984. She first appeared as Jackie Burkhart on the Fox
television series That '70s Show (1998-2006) at the age of 14 years old. Kunis
has been the voice of Meg Griffin since 1999 on Fox's animated series Family
Guy. Kunis's breakthrough film role was in 2008, when she played Rachel in
Forgetting Sarah Marshall. She received more critical acclaim and accolades for
her role in the psychological thriller Black Swan (2010), for which she
received the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Young Actor or Actress, and
nominations for the SAG Award and the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting
Actress. Her other notable films include action films Max Payne (2008) and The
Book of Eli (2010) as well as the romantic comedy Friends with Benefits (2011)
as well as the fantasy movie Oz the Great and Powerful (2013) as the Wicked
Witch of the West as well as the comedies Ted (2012), Bad Moms (2016) and its
sequel, A Bad Moms Christmas (2017). Milena Markovna Kunis was born into the
family of a Ukrainian Jewish family on August 14, 1983,in Chernivtsi, a city in
the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union (now Ukraine).Her mother, Elvira, is a
Physics teacher, who also runs an establishment for pharmacy. Her father, Mark
Kunis, is mechanical engineer, who is a taxi driver. Kunis is the older sister
of Michael. Her grandparents were survivors of the Holocaust. Russian is her
mother tongue.
